Being a speech therapist is not only a profession for me, it is my heart's calling. All children have the potential to soar to unimaginable heights, they must be afforded stable foundations to make this possible.
I have started Inclusive Roots to create meaningful and engaging resources for all South African languages. Together we are working towards an equal playing field for all children and a love for language. Not forgetting the importance of preserving language and culture through it.

At Inclusive Roots, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products (books and educational resources), we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Process:
Email us at inclusiveroots@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and your order details.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at inclusivebooks@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, personalized books, and gift cards are non-refundable.
